    Job Overview:

    As a Business Development Specialist at Eco Lex Legal, you will lead the company's growth through strategic business development initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization, preferably speaking German.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1- Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data and industry insights to develop targeted business development strategies.

    2- Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

    3- Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • I'd like you to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

    4- Proposal Development:

    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.
    • Could you collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with client requirements

    5- Negotiation and Closing:

    • Lead negotiations to secure new business partnerships and contracts.
    • Work closely with the legal team to ensure all agreements comply with company policies and regulations.

    6- Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and results.
    • Could you provide regular reports and analysis to the management team on the progress of business development initiatives

    7- Stay Informed:

    • I'd like you to please stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Continuously update knowledge and skills related to business development best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of the Legal and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
