Description
To ensure all leases for the Group are up to date, well documented and active. Providing administrative support to the Leasing and Sales management.


Work location:
Dubai, UAE


Females preferred

  • Monitoring all leasing terms and agreements in UAE and regions
  • Initiating timely action and following desired results as per the management directives
  • Preparing monthly reports of upcoming lease renewals 68 months prior to expiry and keeping updated status reports. Documenting all communication in an organized manner
  • Preparing lease details of all stores before renovations
  • Engaging with business unit heads, on decisions to renew, terminate leases or adding new ones
  • Communicating with mall leasing departments, as advised by the business units
  • Rendering support to the asset management team in terms of administration, issuing local purchase orders, follow up on quotations and comparative statements etc.
  • Coordinating with the finance team for rental schedule, history, payments and other related work
  • Interacting and aligning all other departments (asset management/GRO) to decisions taken
  • Escalating and reminding all concerned parties for gaps
  • Acquiring approvals or authorisations, as required

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in similar role and Property Sale and Leasing
  • Energetic, passionate and focused
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Professional and persistant in all endeavours
  • Technologically adept, well versed in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month


Experience:

- sales and Leasing: 4 years (preferred)
