- Identify and position a unique value proposition directly with an owner.

- Approach new prospects and identify business opportunities through cold calls.
- Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walk-through to identify energy saving opportunities.
- Understand and present value of energy and operational savings and basic financial sales understanding.
