Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Assist clients in the home buying and selling process
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
• Stay uptodate on the local real estate market
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients and colleagues
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
