- Admissions and Front Office Executive
Skill Set:
Experienced in school admissions and digital marketing including social media and initiatives for promoting the institution.
- Pleasing, friendly and energetic with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Excellent customer service skills. A good team player and coordinator.
- Strong computer skills MS Office and proficiency with statistics.
- Experience in a similar capacity or customer service industry is an added advantage.
The Person:
Ø Minimum Bachelor's degree
Ø Ability to communicate effectively with exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Ø Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ø Good Communication and technology skills are key requirements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- customer facing: 3 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
