SAP/ERP experience

Good accounting skills

Good mathematical skills ability to spot numerical errors

Know how of UAE labour law

Time management skills

Good verbal and written Communication skill

  • Process Month and weekly off cycle. All payments to be processed should be in compliance with HR policies and schedules to be strictly followed.
  • Monthly Wage comparison Variance report should be prepared and all variance should be reviewed with proper supporting documents and ensure policy compliance
  • Reconcile Payroll and FI posting and Payroll to bank posting


  • Also Support Finance

  • GL team with account review, analysis and reconciliations
  • Wage comparison Variance report should be prepared and all variance should be checked with proper supporting documents
  • Generate payroll statement for the monthly payroll runs and review and reconcile head count with HR Master list.
  • Generate Pension payment file, reconcile and ensure payments processed via Finance module on time
  • Support our stake holders Finance, HR, Auditors with reporting activities
  • Support Internal Audit requirements
  • Support External Quarterly Audit and year end Audit activities along with Finance
  • GL team

Salary:
Up to AED21,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
