Description

• To be the department lead in theirspecialist function (TBC) and ensure a consistent and streamlinedapproach in line with identified strategic directives, whilstmaximising cost efficiencies, return on investment and qualitystandards.
• To be responsible for theorganisation's and delivery of operations, administrationand support service teams across the Cluster(s). Implementing a'service culture' and ensuring efficient, effectivestaff deployment and, with the HQ team, recruitment of high calibrecandidates to join the Aldar Education Operations and SupportService teams.
• To support and advise keyfunctions within the Cluster and Aldar Education HQ on operational,financial, HSE and Audit & regulatory compliance mattersand be accountable for their effectiveness using robust performancemanagement systems.
• To implement processes andprovide strategic guidance to the Principal, Senior Leadership andAldar Education HQ on audit and regulatory compliance matters,ensuring that schools maintain compliance throughout the year inall authority and internal audit visits.
• Toensure that all Operations and Support Service staff are supportedwith high quality continuous professional development and trainingwhich contributes to the development and achievements of eachschool.
• To oversee the key strategic objectivesfor the cluster through formulating and leading on specific aspectsof the school business and/or improvement plan as they relate tooperations and support services.
• To drive apositive and proactive health and safety culture throughout theircluster teams and act as a champion for health andsafety.
• Oversee the efficiency of supportfunctions (Procurement, IT etc.) in coordination with HQ functionalreporting lines.
• Regular liaison with projectstakeholders to ensure operational excellence and efficienciesacross schools and at cluster level.
