Job Summary:
The Architectural Inspector is responsible for overseeing and inspecting construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural plans, specifications, codes, and regulations.
The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that the architectural aspects of construction projects are executed accurately and meet all relevant standards and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspection and Compliance: Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Identify any deviations or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, including reports on observations, inspections, compliance issues, and corrective actions taken. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials. Communicate effectively to ensure that all parties are aware of inspection findings and the status of the project.

Quality Assurance: Monitor construction processes to ensure that quality standards are met. Advise on materials, construction techniques, and other factors that affect building quality and performance.

Safety Oversight: Ensure that construction sites adhere to safety standards and regulations. Identify potential hazards and recommend measures to mitigate risks to workers and the public.

Compliance Enforcement: Issue violation notices and stop-work orders for projects not complying with architectural specifications or regulations. Follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification or licensure in architecture or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in construction inspection, architectural design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
