We are looking for a SketchUp Modeler / Interior Designer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-
Interior Design spaces using SKETCH UP.

  • Build and develop 3D models of luxury residential villa spaces while studying materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design of projects from
    sketches and CAD files:
  • Confer with Design to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function
  • Confer with the Design Head on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
  • Develop and improve the plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to the intended purposes, such as raising productivity.
  • Adhering to management instructions explicitly in terms of flexibility and teamwork is mandatory.

Educational/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited academic institution.
  • Strong previous peer consultant relationships based on successful project experience and trust

Special Qualifications
-
Must have minimum 5 years' experience using sketch up:

  • Portfolio of design works is a must.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills
  • Passionate about design and able to be the design inspiration for multiple highly creative project teams
  • Ability to provide critical design review to design teams, communicating design ideas and direction quickly
  • Having knowledge in 3D Modelling, rendering, and 3D visuals
  • Indepth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
  • Able to develop and present design concepts
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
