Description

We're currently seeking a talented Draftsman to join our team immediately in bringing creative visions to life.

Landscape drafting experiencewould be a significant advantage.

Role Overview:

Collaborate with our design team to produce detailed drawings and plans for interior design, joinery, and fitout projects.
Utilize your expertise in CAD software to create accurate and visually appealing drafts.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of each project.
Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.

Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Experience in interior design, joinery, or fitout drafting.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Landscape drafting experience would be a definite plus.

Education and Technical Skills:

Degree or Diploma: A formal education in drafting, architecture, interior design, or a related field is often preferred.
Proficiency in CAD Software: Mastery in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs used for creating technical drawings and blueprints.
Understanding of

Design Principles:
Familiarity with interior design concepts and principles to accurately translate designer's concepts into technical plans.

Knowledge of

Building Codes:
Awareness of local building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with legal requirements.

Knowledge of

3D Modeling: Understanding or experience in 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs.

Familiarity with Materials: Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods used in interior design to accurately represent them in drawings.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
