    RolePurpose

    • Implement Integration of banksolutions with client systems for strengthening and sustaining longterm relationshipsImplementations
    • Responsiblefor coordinating Implementation related registration documentationwith the client for GTB cash & trade channelproducts.
    • Lead simple as well as compleximplementations (SWIFT, H2H, collections, Liquidity, etc.) for GTBclients.
    • Lead/coordinate implementing GTBproducts at customer site.
    • Lead/Coordinate GTBproduct trainings for GTB clients.
    • Ensure thatimplementation is done within client agreed timelines and arewithin regulatory policies.
    • Update activitieson CRM & internal trackers
    • Coordinatewith GTB vendors as required for implementations.

    Digitization

    • Assist e-penetrationstrategies
    • Assist dormancy reductionstrategies
    • Assist channel payment utilizationstrategies Cross selling &Commercialization
    • Attempt to cross sell GTBproducts during implementationdiscussions
    • Support launching of channel cashand trade products BAU
    • Escalatesensitive/delayed cash & company BAU issues for quickerresolution
    • Assist service team on escalatedissues to help resolution
    • Conduct Call backverification on all GTB product registrationforms
    • Coordinate signature verification on allGTB product registration forms People
    • Completeall mandatory class lead and e-learning ontime.
    • Complete your mid-year and end-yearappraisals on time.

    Specialist Skills /Technical Knowledge Required For ThisRole

    • Verygood understanding of Corporate online platforms, cash/tradecollection & transaction solutions and generalprocesses
    • Good understanding of SWIFT system& H2H protocols &solutions
    • General understanding of clientdocumentation signature verification, Call Back and archivalprocesses.
    • Very good understanding of SWIFTmessaging, H2H client integrations, Remote cheque scanning& printing, Cash Deposit Machines and Microsoft PowerPoint/excel usage.
    • Good presentation, trainingand communication skills to groupaudiences.
