We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty Salon Receptionist/Assistant Manager.


Responsibilities:

As the Beauty Salon Receptionist/Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Reception Duties:Warmly welcoming clients as they enter the salon.

Efficiently managing appointment bookings and scheduling.
Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Managing Staff:Assisting the salon manager in supervising and coordinating the salon staff.

Collaborating with staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Providing guidance, support, and training to junior staff members.
Assisting in staff scheduling and addressing any scheduling conflicts.

Managing Inventory:Monitoring inventory levels of products and supplies.

Placing orders for products and supplies in a timely manner.
Keeping track of product usage and suggesting restocking when necessary.
Ensuring the salon is well-stocked and organized at all times.

Client Interaction:Interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Assisting clients in choosing services and products that meet their needs.
Ensuring a positive client experience from booking to check-out.

Social Media Posting:Creating and posting engaging content related to our services, promotions, and events.

Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
