About thePosition:

Honeywell BuildingAutomation is currently seeking a Chief Finance Officer coveringits entire portfolio across various LOBs including ElectricalProducts Building Management Systems & Solutions Fire& Safety which has a combined revenue of $442M. This is akey finance role in BA and the selected individual will partnerwith META VPGM and the Regional/Global leadership team to driveprofitable growth and strong return on investment (ROI)competitively acquainting new customers while ensuring anenvironment of strong controllership and compliance for the globalP&Ls. This position reports to the VP CFO BA and will bebased in Dubai United ArabEmirates.

Specific responsibilitiesinclude:

• Strategicallypartner with the VPGM and leadership team to drive profitablegrowth through analysis influencing and action on risk assessmentcontracting excellence pricing business ventures customerprofitability and cost control.
• Partner withcontrollers to ensure the accuracy of all finance statements andstrong project controls.
• Provide leadership toexpand ROI through efficient deployment of capital investmentsworking capital and resources.
• Provide thoughtleadership in deploying break thru technologies and innovative/disruptive business models. Demonstrate strong sense of convictionand intellectual curiosity. Protect our profit pools and drivingmargin expansion thru value selling anddifferentiation.
• Use business acumen toforecast and predict trends or risks likely to impact the businesspreparing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provideleadership to expand ROI through efficient deployment of capitalinvestments working capital and resources.
• Leadreporting forecasting and planning process including distributionof appropriate financial targets for profitable growth of thevarious business segments and proactive analysis of the financialstatements for opportunities to increaseincome.
• Perform market and customer analysis toproactively identify both new opportunities and potential risks tofuture business performance.
• Ensure approvaldecisions of new project proposals and other financial decisionsand commitments as outlined in the BA Schedule of ExecutiveApprovals (SEA).
• Coordinate with CorporateCenter of Technical Accounting and other shared serviceorganizations to ensure timely and accurate transactionprocessing.
• Manage a team of financeprofessionals.

BasicQualifications:

• BachelorsDegree.
• Senior level experience in a seniorfinance position preferably with deep commercial experiencemanaging large and complexP&Ls.
• Extensive experience managingothers including demonstrated success in effectively leading anddeveloping a team and working collaboratively across theenterprise.
• Exposure to finance transformationinitiatives.
• Knowledge of P&Lresponsibility Working Capital (WC) and Cash flowstatements.
