    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluatingthe founding principles of our organization, its current state, andthe market to inform our vision.
    • Drafting andensuring adherence to pertinent budgets.
    • Hiringand monitoring the duties of Department Heads to ensure theiralignment with our strategic plans.
    • Hostingregular meetings with executive staff to discuss plans and addressconcerns.
    • Assessing structures and proceduresand tweaking these, where necessary, to ensure that objectives aremet.
    • Inspecting work sites to ensure that theseare safe, fully-functional, andhigh-yielding.
    • Mediating disputes to promoteamicable and cooperative relationships amongstaff.
    • Reporting to and meeting with the Boardof Directors, as needed.
    • Representing ourcompany at local and internationalgatherings.
