- Evaluatingthe founding principles of our organization, its current state, andthe market to inform our vision.
- Drafting andensuring adherence to pertinent budgets.
- Hiringand monitoring the duties of Department Heads to ensure theiralignment with our strategic plans.
- Hostingregular meetings with executive staff to discuss plans and addressconcerns.
- Assessing structures and proceduresand tweaking these, where necessary, to ensure that objectives aremet.
- Inspecting work sites to ensure that theseare safe, fully-functional, andhigh-yielding.
- Mediating disputes to promoteamicable and cooperative relationships amongstaff.
- Reporting to and meeting with the Boardof Directors, as needed.
- Representing ourcompany at local and internationalgatherings.
