Responsibilities:
Support employees in the UAE throughout the whole process of relocation, visa issuance & renewal, as the subject matter expert in the location (including planning ahead, managing queries etc.)Vendor manage the visa agenciesBe the point of contact with the UAE immigration and authorities, if requiredKeep records in HR system of visa-related informationCreate & maintain employee guidelines in regards to visa processesAssist in other ad-hoc HR operational-related tasks as requested from time to time


Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business Management, or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleStrong expertise in visa process in DWTC authoritiesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail
