    Market Development Representative



    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Market Development Representative to play a key role in our organization. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing market expansion strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying potential opportunities, and closing deals with new customers while maintaining existing ones.



    Main Responsibilities:



    • Developing strategic plans designed to increase market share and maximize profit potential

    • IDentifying prospective customers through thorough research activities

    • Nurturing relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service

    • Negotiating contracts with clients ensuring mutual agreements are met by both parties
    ,

    • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role or related field is preferred

      • You must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
      The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills that will enable him/her to analyze data efficiently. He/She should also have very high communication efficiency such that he/she can effectively communicate complex ideas through various means (written/oral). Furthermore ,the person needs to demonstrate flexibility during uncertain times when working under pressure becomes challenging . Creativity will come into play especially when devising solutions on his own initiative without getting instructions from higher authorities.
