- To assist Team members in designing system integration testing activities for project deliverables based on defined and agreed criteria that are appropriate to deliverable and its intended use Ensuring that all the deliverables meet the functionality (Module wise) with respect to Requirements Assist Associate Team Lead in preparation of Test Plan with respect to the Module
- Knowledge transfer to the new resources based on SIT documents Estimate test cases and automated scripts based on use cases for each modules Analyze change request and do the impact analysis Estimate test execution time line with respect to module wise Coordination with Test Lead for the creation of Test plan to meet the agreed timeline and criteria Task allocation to the team members with respect to criticality of the functionalities Guide the senior software engineer and test engineer in creating automated test scripts, test related outputs, test cases, test data etc. Review of test cases and automated test scripts prepared by senior software engg and Test Engg and make sure deliverables are matched with the functionalities Establish traceability matrix to ensure all functionalities are covered by test cases and automation test scripts Review the defects identified by the team members and assign to the respective developer Execute critical functionality test cases and make sure meet the requirements Provide technical support for the testing team and wholly involved in creating any testing related output i.e. test data, test cases, test scripts Preparation of daily and weekly status report and sending to Test Lead approval Involving POC creation for automation projects Identifying regression testing scope and creating test set for test execution
- Providing the team member's performance input to test lead Motivating team members with respect to organizational activities Manage team member's issues and resolve conflicts in the team Mentoring team engagement Assist Team member's to aware and make them familiarized by arranging a Knowledge sharing session to learn new technologies

Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years in software development industry preferably 1+ Years in leading a small team of 3-5 test engineers
