Key Responsibilities:
Verify documents for rental cars.
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner,
Process rental and return transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in documentation and vehicle selection.
Promote and upsell additional products and services, such as insurance packages
Provide detailed information and instructions on vehicle features, rental policies, and services offered.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive and professional approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and promotions currently offered by the company.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Strong sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on fast-paced environment.
Flexibility in work shifts.
Effective Computer skills.
