Job Summary

About the Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, as well as providing advice on contractual provisions.
• They will also support dispute resolution processes, coordinate with other business units, and manage external counsel relationships.

In addition to these responsibilities,the successful candidate will have strong knowledge of local and international legal regulations,

• A degree in Law or a related field from a recognised institution.
• A proven expertise in the oil and gas or infrastructure utilities or construction industry . < li > Minimum 4+ years of experience ideally 8+ years experience. < / li >< li > Strong knowledge of local And International Legal Regulations.< br >
