Your Responsibilities WillInclude

• Managing and leading a team forquality on-site and reviewing all aspects of contract deliverablesfrom the procurement stage to handover. A positive individual witha proactive attitude you will be expected to work collaborativelywith all stakeholders and generate efficient, effective, and simpleways of working that can add value and create an environment offlawless execution.
• Leading the QA/QC functionwith a support team of package managers and assistant packagemanagers.
• Supervising the production andimplementation of contractors' quality assurance plansfor each package.
• Supporting to thecoordination of the risk function's periodic site qualityinspection and follow-up process.
• Preparingquality reports.
• Supporting project deliveryfrom a quality assurance perspective, including design andmanufacturing through to installation andcompletion.
• Ensuring customer quality needs arebeing met, contractual obligations fulfilled and risks effectivelymitigated.
• Collaborating with the deliveryteams and contractors to deliver a solution that drives the bestvalue for the client.
• Liaising with contractorsto ensure the review of and preparation and implementation ofproject quality plans, site quality plans, and Inspection and testplans in accordance with the worksinformation.
• Providing quality assurance adviceand independent monitoring capability through design,manufacturing, construction, testing, and commissioningphases.
• Promoting best practices, sharinglessons, and continuous improvement.
• Workingwith our contractors to ensure correct responsibility andaccountability in quality.
• Supporting andenhancing the development and promotion of a positive qualityculture across the project.
• Tracking andensuring timely close-out of non-conformances anddefects.
• Reviewing and challenging thecontractor's quality management systems to drivecontractual compliance and continuousimprovement.
