Job Description:

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and storyboard motion design projects.
Develop creative concepts that align with the brand and effectively communicate key messages.
Create visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital campaigns, social media, and website content.
Produce engaging animations that enhance the user experience and showcase the unique features of our car auction platform.
Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and event highlights.
Ensure highquality video production standards and incorporate visual storytelling techniques.
Maintain consistency in visual elements across all motion design projects to strengthen brand identity.
Ensure that all design materials align with the company's aesthetic and messaging guidelines.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to bring ideas to life.
Effectively communicate design concepts and provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and dynamic motion graphics and animations.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with 3D animation and modeling software is a plus.
Passion for automotive and technology trends.
