Responsibility:


As Sales Manager MEA (M/F/d), you are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the logistics and WMS market.

  • Increase revenue by actively seeking, evaluating, selling and finalizing with enterprise clients.
  • Meet the quarterly & annual revenue targets.
  • Overseeing the development of relationship with potential clients throughout every stage of the sales process.
  • Offering a consultative approach in the sales process to provide solutions for potential clients.
  • Initiating outreach calls to create new opportunities, delivering individual and group sales presentations, tracking customer information and provide precise sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain prospective clients and existing customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and channel teams activities with the marketing and channel teams to plan and strategize marketing activities targeting endtoend users.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that address the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring a winwin situation for both the company and the client.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with various departments, including product development, customer support, and implementation teams, to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish a robust professional network and stay informed about current trends in the industry.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on logistics and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
