Responsibility:
As Sales Manager MEA (M/F/d), you are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Increase revenue by actively seeking, evaluating, selling and finalizing with enterprise clients.
- Meet the quarterly & annual revenue targets.
- Overseeing the development of relationship with potential clients throughout every stage of the sales process.
- Offering a consultative approach in the sales process to provide solutions for potential clients.
- Initiating outreach calls to create new opportunities, delivering individual and group sales presentations, tracking customer information and provide precise sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain prospective clients and existing customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
- Collaborating with the marketing and channel teams activities with the marketing and channel teams to plan and strategize marketing activities targeting endtoend users.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that address the specific needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring a winwin situation for both the company and the client.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with various departments, including product development, customer support, and implementation teams, to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish a robust professional network and stay informed about current trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on logistics and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
