We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Emirati Arabic speaker with a passion for customer satisfaction to kick start their career.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients in Arabic /English.

This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our client base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on products knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:


  • Emirati Arabic speaker with proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
From AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
