    Manage annual account volume andwallet share

    Identify opportunities to increasesales of digital services products along with core telecomproducts

    Lead contract negotiations and closedeals involving all parts of the organization (bid management,solution architects, finance, legal etc.)

    Develop detailed understanding of the customer organizationincluding key decision makers and influencers

    Maintain strong professional relationships with key decisionmakers/influencers

    Develop key account plansidentifying opportunities and strategies to capture them (includingkey stakeholders involved and actions needed forwinning)

    Understand competitor offerings, valuepropositions and key strengths. Develop plan to anticipate andrespond to competitoractions.

    Knowledge,Experience &Competencies:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business

    10-15years' experience in media/Telecom/IT services companies asa key account manager or senior salesmanager.
