- oordinate and work with theproject management team to resolve project issues to ensure thedelivery/completion of the projectwork.
- Monitor project progress and addresspotential issues.
- Measure and report on projectperformance; Prepare and provide documentation to internal teamsand key stakeholders;
- Identify and initiaterequired reporting modifications for a comprehensivereports
- Act as the point of contact for allprojects and Placing calls. And act as a liaison between theproject team and clients, providing regular updates on projectprogress, addressing concerns, and managing clientexpectations
- Project documentation andperforming administrative duties by maintaining accurate andup-to-date project documentation, including plans, permits, andother relevant records.
- Directly assistmanagers in daily administrativeduties.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensuredeliverables meet the requirements.
- Facilitatecommunication and coordination among project team members to ensureproject objectives are met.
- Maintaining LOG ofincoming/outgoing correspondence and reports related toprojects.
- Filing documents such as WorkCompletion Report, Local Purchase Order, Delivery Notes, Quotation,incoming and outgoing documents sending by fax ore-mail.
- Coordinates between the differentdepartments and compiles the data to complete tenders and submitsaccurately on time.
- Prepares and submitquotations to client.
- Administering existingcontracts
- Follows up on the LPO and obtainsrequired approval and / or signatures to all submittedreports/documents.
