FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Financial Controller to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success.

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our organization.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES
1.


Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insights into the company's financial performance to the management team. Assist in preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate the annual external audit process.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial legal requirements for the global company. Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for banking relationships, loans, and credit facilities.

Budgeting and Cost Management:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, and help optimize expenses across the organization.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to improve cash management and liquidity.

5.


Financial Strategy:

Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.

Proactively assess potential financial challenges and propose solutions.

7.


Systems and Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Analysis, Inventory Levels and Stocks forecast:
Analysis of the global sales and our products consumptions. Monitor closely the minimum inventory levels to be maintained, the purchase volume and stock forecast.


  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements, and ensure compliance.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that is assigned from time to time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles. Previous experience in audit will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting financial statements and reports.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Abilities to collaborate with cross
- functional teams.

  • Experience in presenting financial information to senior management, board members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite)
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to speak in Spanish will be an added advantage.

Salary:
AED16, AED24,000.00 per month
