Description
We are looking for experienced HR Managers having 10 to 15 years of experience with Contracting / Construction companies in UAE.
JD:
- Develop and administer HR plans and procedures (Employee Rule book) that relate to company personnel.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Plan, organize and control activities and actions of the HR department.
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Recruitment and Retention
- Oversee all staff engagement for the country office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
- Compliance and Recordkeeping
- Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor.
- Time Clocking for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
- Payroll and Budget, Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the corporate office.
- Training, Development and Performance Maintenance
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews. Employee Relations
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resourcesrelated decisions are consistent and fair.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Salary:
Up to AED20,000.00 per month
