Roles and Responsibilities

Build the delivery team with capabilities design, develop and consult on implementation

and support engagements of T2- Must have T24 Technical exposure, TAFJ and AA

Actively lead the building of consulting assets including tools, process and accelerators for customer impact.
Monitoring, measure, review and update project process, adjusting project plans and

implementing remedial plans and informing all relevant parties.

Responsible for management of effective governance, including the planning, post meeting

actions and follow up, and record accurate and concise minutes.

Produce high quality documentation, reports and presentations for engagements
Provide presales support.
Communicate with and influence people at all levels of the organization.
Challenge constructively whilst maintaining excellent working relationships within the

programme community and with stakeholders.

Provide leadership to those involved in the project by defining work and ensuring

deadlines are understood and adhered to and that project objectives are clearly

articulated and understood.

Establish plan for competency development through recruitment, retrain existing team.

Must Have

Must know

Production support process and managing the 2M USD engagement at onsite.
Must have worked in Production environment by Managing Incidents and Changes.
Stakeholder coordination and report preparation knowledge
Familiarity with Multi server architecture with the combination of T24 TAFJ, AIX, WAS & Oracle stack
Very good understanding of T24 system, AA and Must have experience in pack preparation and deployment procedure.
Working exposure managing the BAU engagements.
