Description
Superliner Pro Logistic LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our sales team in Dubai. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our logistics services to prospective clients. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Present and promote Superliner Pro Logistic's services to prospective clients.

Understand clients' requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including setting goals, targeting specific industries, and identifying key accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales plans and budgets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Proposal and

Contract Management:
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation.

  • Sales Administration and Reporting:Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth handover and execution of contracts.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1year in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics services, supply chain management, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
