    Responsibilities

    MARGINALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (these duties are notdesignated as essential for the purposes of ADA; they are stillrequired duties):

    • Fill infor other staff as needed.
    • Participate in CRCG,as needed.
    • Participate in collaborationmeetings with other agencies, such as wrap meetings and staffings,as needed.
    • Serve as backup to crisisintervention team.
    • Serve as a resource forother Centers and the community.
    • Providetranslation, if applicable.
    • Participate in teammeeting or staffings.
    • Participate in communityactivities and/or attends community meetings asneeded.
    • Participate in workgroups andcommittees as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills,Abilities And Competencies

    • Advanced knowledge of mental illnessand treatment.
    • Ability to work with childrenand adolescents and their families.
    • Knowledgeof community resources.
    • Knowledge of Medicaidpolicies and procedures.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA andability to protect confidentiality.
    • Effectivemulti-tasking skills.
    • Good organizationalskills.
