Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Copeland

Description

Ensuring timely deliveries by coordinating with forwarders and customers

• Tracking receipts and confirming to material planners
• Following up to ensure all shipment requests are fulfilled as per the KPI
• Ensuring receiving is completed for inbound materials
• Coordination between warehouse and customers for all material movements
• Running quarterly audits to ensure correct data in the system
• Maintaining a shipping plan and communicating this with all stakeholders
• Identifying 3rd party inspection requirements and scheduling inspections
• Ensuring documents are sent for legalization where required
• Ensuring labeling of materials are compliant
• Issuing Certificates of Origin or other special documentation where required from Chamber
• Archiving all inbound and outbound commercial and custom documents
• Logging all records of transaction in system
• Support on data analysis or projects as needed
• Maintaining documentation in accordance with Copeland's trade compliance requirements
• Supporting the Organization's goals related to On Time Delivery & Inventory Management
• Creation and Maintenance of Item Master in the system

Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound and outbound movement of freight (40%)
• Keeping Track of Materials in warehouse (10%)
• Collaborating with internal & external customers to ensure correct planning is executed (20%)
• Complying with country specific requirements (10%)
• Record Retention (10%)
• Project Support (10%)

**Basic Qualifications

• B.S./ B.A or Higher
• Familiarity with ERP (preferably Oracle)
• Good level of MS Office literacy is required, especially with Excel and Word _.**About Copeland
