Job description
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for the efficient coordination and development of personal, residential and commercial properties. This involves determining rates, marketing and filling vacancies, handling tenant relations, and maintenance.
Job description:
- Ensure a proper CRM system is in place and used with client relationship & leasing progress details.
- Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
- Visiting all properties and ensuring maintenance compliance
- Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
- Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
- Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
- Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
- Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
- Maintain property documents such as title deeds, site plans, valuation records
- Maintain comprehensive report of property
- Creating Ejari using the DLD website
- Renewing Wasl property contracts and subleases for Ejari using the online platform.
Must have:
- RERA agent ID
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Property industry,
- Very knowledgeable of RERA rules and regulations and property market of UAE
- Familiar with using property related digital platforms and services including Dubai Municipality, Dubai Land Department, Dubai REST, Dubai Development Authortiy and Wasl property.
- Strong Analytical, Financial and Business Acumen
Desirable:
- UAE Driving license preferred
- Business Development mind set
- Additional certifications related to Property/ Asset management domain is a plus.
