- Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, X and any additional platforms to be included
- Implement social media strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to elevate brand awareness and engagement
- Create and schedule compelling content for social media posts (text, images, and videos)
- Develop engaging and shareable multimedia content across various social media platforms
- Source stories and content from across the business and identify optimal channels and methods to communicate them
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations professionally
- Assist in planning and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted reach and conversions
- Maintain trackers and reports for social media marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations
- Basic website content management, including updating website content, adding new pages or sections, and ensuring content accuracy and consistency across all webpages.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Professional experience in social media marketing and graphic design or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Must have an understanding of UAE and GCC markets
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, Arabic is preferable
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to project manage, multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
