  • Collaboratewith product management and engineering to define and implementinnovative solutions for the product direction, visuals andexperience
  • Execute all visual designstages from concept to final hand-off toengineering
  • Conceptualize originalideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designroadblocks
  • Create wireframes,storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectivelycommunicate interaction and designideas
  • Present and defend designs andkey milestone deliverables to peers and executive levelstakeholders
  • Conduct user researchand evaluate user feedback
  • Establishand promote design guidelines, best practices andstandards

    Requirements

  • ProvenUI experience
  • Demonstrable UI designskills with a strong portfolio
  • Solidexperience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, processflows and site maps
  • Proficiency inPhotoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design andwire-framing tools
  • Proficiency inHTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapidprototyping.
  • Excellent visual designskills with sensitivity to user-systeminteraction
  • Ability to present yourdesigns and sell your solutions to variousstakeholders.
  • Ability to solveproblems creatively andeffectively
  • Up-to-date with thelatest UI trends, techniques, andtechnologies
  • BS/MS in Human-ComputerInteraction, Interaction Design, orrelated
  • Experience working in anAgile/Scrum developmentprocess
