Roles and Responsibilities of Content Moderator

  • Understanding client policies and guidelines, and making decisions based on them.
  • Reviewing user reports regarding website content.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in workflow and suggesting solutions.
  • Liaising effectively with other internal and client teams.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (In any discipline)
  • BPO experience would be needed


  • Bilingual

  • English (C1 or B2 level)
  • Proficient Comprehension Skills
