Summary:
We are looking for a talented Product Changes Executive to join our Supply Chain team.

The Product Changes Executive will have a big impact by monitoring numerous changes projects from start to finish across the organization.

As a result, the Product Changes Executive will ensure a smooth implementation of changes in the business, allowing Huda Beauty to supply its customers with the most innovative products, at the targeted quality and compliance levels and at the quickest speed to market within the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate change initiatives within the organization by planning and tracking all steps related to changes, managing the risks associated with changes, and ensuring the smooth implementation of changes
Work in collaboration and define the roles and responsibilities of project team members from Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, Regional Markets, S&OP and Logistics
Monitor all changes linked to formula and packaging briefed by the Product Development team until the updated product goes live
Lead a Regulatory Taskforce to cover all potential regulatory risks that would trigger the need to change certain components or formula
Help with the coordination of any brand change project such as pack harmonization or rebranding as well as discontinuation
Build detailed time plans for each change with key milestones and proactively track and manage the adherence to the timelines
Regularly update the timelines based on project evolution
Lead project meetings to closely follow the evolution of each project with the relevant teams, ensuring successful completion of all tasks, and provide agendas and recaps for those
Be able to anticipate potential risks and issues linked to changes and proactively look for solutions when they occur
Provide timely and effective communication of the risks and corrective actions required to ensure perfect execution and encourage an environment of full transparency via the use of project meeting action plans, "red flag" alerts to senior management and other similar tools

Requirements:

23 years of experience ideally in project management or change management within the beauty or FMCG industry with a solid grasp on product development & supply chain terminology
Excellent communication skills and cross functional collaboration
Strong planning and organizational skills, with a great ability to multitask while staying rigorous
Good knowledge of the entire supply chain processes
