Description
Generating client leads to leasing properties.

  • 50/50 BASIS No Salary
  • Provides, and explains clients details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other information.
  • Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business.

Leasing Agent Qualifications:
-
Can join immediately.

-Good knowledge in Abu Dhabi area.

  • UAE Driver's license, and car mandatory.
  • Past leasing experience is not required.
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the real estate market and the laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions.
  • Providing clients feedback on daily basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Real Estate: 2 years (required)


Language:


  • Arabic Or English (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)
