JobLocation: Abu Dhabi.

Roles andResponsibilities:

• BDM willbe responsible for building new key customer relationships as wellas identifying new business opportunities to provide facilitymanagement services.
• Responsible for arranging client meetings visitingsuppliers & consultants and generally opening the door forthe company technical teams to develop proposals for work as wellas attending industry functions organizing marketingevents.
• Securing andclosing new MEP/ Civil and building maintenance contracts inUAE.
• New businessdevelopment and managing existing accounts contracts and renewals.Job costing tenders pricing and commercialdocumentation.
• BDO isinvolved in both strategic planning & daytoday operationsparticularly in relation to buildings and premises. Likely areas ofresponsibility include soft & hard services: contractmanagement & AssetManagement
• Planning andEngineering
• Cost& performance Management
• A strong understanding of market requirements and hardand soft FM services as well a comprehensive appreciation of thetender process with regards to commercialaspects.

Should possess soundknowledge in the below:

• Preparingdocuments to put out tenders forcontractors
• Projectmanagement and supervising and coordinating work ofcontractors.
• Calculatingand comparing costs for required goods or services to achievemaximum value for money.
• Planning for future development in line with strategicbusiness objectives.
• Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruptionto core activities.
• Liaising with tenants of commercialproperties.
• Direct andoversee the activities of FM Strategy & BusinessDevelopment Department aiming at identifying analyzing andrecommending specific business opportunities for the profitablegrowth and diversification of FM.
• Provide guidance and leadership to department employeesto ensure effective and efficient flow ofwork.

Other MandatoryRequirements:

• EngineeringDegree / Graduate with h 78 years of exp. inUAE
• Proven Salesexperience within Facility Management inUAE
• Vast exposure toFacilities Management practices &solutions.
• Solidawareness of HS&E guidelines asset & space& cost management.
• Experienced in securing Mechanical Electrical or HVACservice contracts
• Solidcommunication presentation reporting and time managementskills
• Proven BusinessDevelopment experience in UAE market in FacilityManagement.

Salary: AED7000.00AED per month
