Description

Responsibilities:

Conducting Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to pinpoint potential sales prospects.

Lead Generation: Actively pursue and cultivate new leads through diverse channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry gatherings.

Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture strong connections with both new and existing clients, grasping their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals that cater to client requirements and highlight the value proposition of MADA UV solutions.

Sales Meetings: Hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients, providing product demonstrations and addressing any concerns they may have.

Sales Targets: Strive to meet and surpass individual and team sales objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to devise and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and current records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Feedback Loop: Offer valuable insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Sales Reporting: Produce regular sales reports and analyses to monitor performance against targets.

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay abreast of product enhancements and industry advancements.

Market Feedback: Serve as the customer's voice, providing valuable feedback to improve product features and service offerings.


Experience:

- proven sales: 3 years (required)
