Minimum Requirements
- Ten (10) years of experience in a Delphi development capacity.
- A Master's degree can substitute for three years of experience, a Bachelor's degree for two years, or an Associate's degree for one year.
- Five (5) years of experience in designing an enterprise-level solution using Delphi.

Preferred Skills
- Previous involvement in an enterprise-grade system.
- Proficiency in developing enterprise-level solutions within the Delphi suite.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with the Development Express Component Suite.
- Ability to assess intricate Client-Server Architecture.
- Capability to analyze system architecture to ensure project definitions resolve issues across various technology stack levels.
- Experience in working on highly tailored solutions.
