    For our new office in Dubai, we are looking for

    IT Manager - 100% (m/f) with experience in the middle East.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working for a civil engineering firm, with experience in implementing and maintaining company's technology infrastructure, alligning with bussiness objectives and requirements.

    Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of IT systems and applications that support business operations.
  • Manage the company's network and server infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Develop and maintain IT security protocols and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.
  • Manage the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services, ensuring the best value for the company.
  • Provide technical support to all employees, ensuring the resolution of IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and recommend their implementation in the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that improve their processes.

    • Requirements:

  • The candidate should have over 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in fluent English
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently while multi-tasking
  • Team leader/player with good interpersonal communication skill and professional attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In some cases, a Master's Degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in IT management, networking, or cybersecurity
