- Updating database(s) with CDD dataand ensuring the data is accurate.
- AML / CDDchecks on all new and appropriate existing clientinstructions.
- Processing new client fileopening requests and re-verification of existingclients.
- Assist in client identification andsanctions screening processes utilising the Firm'sAML/Sanctions processes and searchtools.
- Escalation of high risk factors,drafting referrals and obtaining senior management approval in linewith the firm's escalationprocess.
- Reviewing files on documentationprovided to do an initial gap analysis to provide a swift responseto the business.
