Summary:

Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi Government entity with the mandate to consolidate services and govern multiple affiliates.

They are launching an exciting new One ERP Program and are looking to recruit an experienced ERP Data Lead to join the team.

Role:

To lead the data teams, including consultants, and technical resources to ensure that the future (To-Be) business process model is fully supported with data to deliver business requirements.

As well as managing the Data Management teams to deliver their project tasks and requirements within the constraints of the project timeline, budget and scope.

Responsibilities:

Define with the project management team, the structure of the Data team; as well as nominate team members from the business
Provide input into, help shape & own detailed project plans for the module workstream
Manage the participation and input from Business resources to complete activities as per plan
Plan & Assign (together with the PMO) on a weekly basis, detailed activities for the team members as per project plan
Ensure timely / quality completion of project deliverables through deliverables review and feedback
Track and report project status on a weekly basis including identifying, categorizing and escalating project issues/risks
Ensure all data issues are recognised and resolved
Establish new data definitions for all major objects in line with ADG policy
Ensure data in legacy systems is clean, deduplicated, accurate and archived
Develop & Implement data archiving/conversion/transfer strategies and plans
Identify & Implement all development effort required to convert/transfer data
Design & Implement the revised data management organisation
Design & Implement new policies/procedures for data management
Coach senior management on the role they must play to ensure adoption of the new rigors of data management
Preparation and participation in Project Team Meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience of Data Management for ERP projects \ ERP systems of large entities
Knowledge on maintenance of ERP data, financial data, and supplier data
Experience with data harmonization across entities
Experience with data cleansing and transfer to new ERP systems
Strong stakeholder management experience, ideally within government
Strong vendor management experience
Strong understanding of Business functions
Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field
Data management certifications
10+ Years experience
