- End-User Support: Ensure that end-users are proficient with new systems, programs, and applications across departments, providing training and support as needed to ensure successful adoption.
- Compliance and Security: Monitor product licenses and ensure compliance with IT industry regulations, and implement measures to promote system efficiency and security, including performance metrics and encryption.
