Description

• Reports to the EngineeringSupervisor regarding daily work progress and work ordercompletion.
• Attains all A/C complaint reportson daily basis. Guest room trouble is givenpriority.
• Works closely with EngineeringSupervisor and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annualmaintenance program.
• Follows all safety rulesand regulations in job, departmental procedures andinstructions.
• Carries out all other tasksassigned to him by his supervisor.

Theseincludes but are not limited to the following:-

• Able to read Building services,Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Electricaldrawings.
• Able to fault find and repairair-conditioning and building control systems. Good electricalknowledge.
• Knowledge of BMSsystems.
• Experience of reciprocating Chillersand Air handling plant and cold rooms.
• Familiarwith planned Preventive Maintenance and Safetyprogrammes.
• Flexible and team player– able to work on owninitiative.
• Good understanding of watertreatment techniques and able to handlechemicals.
• Makes periodic inspection tours tocheck all refrigeration equipment functioningproperly.
• Carries out guest room maintenanceaccording to schedule programme.
• Works closelywith electrician to carry out electrical work when required,including functions and parties.
• Dailyrefrigeration log sheet to be filled and temperature to berecorded.
• Works closely with peers to assist intheir job when requested by supervisor.
• Keepsall necessary tools in good working condition, keep their workingplace neat and clean.
• Understand the RafflesBrand and operating standards.
• Participate andassist in other projects as required.
• Ensurethat all HVAC stocks are ordered and that the stores are wellmanaged and maintained.
