Qualifications - Secondary level

Industrial Training Institute Certificate

Experience in MEP field of Facilities Management

Technical qualification in Electrical in Mechanical

IT literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

They are responsible for ensuring that all safety and compliance standards are met and providing technical assistance when necessary. Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules, and allocating work. Recruiting, supervising, and training maintenance technicians. Supervise carrying out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration, and planned preventative maintenance of the building facilities.
