Four Apple Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate firm in Dubai, UAE, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team.

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for generating sales leads, identifying potential clients, and closing deals in the Dubai real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on properties.

Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.


Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

UAE driving license is a plus.
