We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Specialist and Consultant to join our team. As a Family Medicine Specialist and Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive and personalized healthcare to individuals and families.

As a Family Medicine Specialist and Consultant, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, managing chronic diseases, and promoting preventive care. You will establish long-term relationships with patients, coordinate their healthcare needs, and provide continuous support and health management advice. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and make referrals when necessary to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages
• Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic medical conditions commonly encountered in family medicine
• Manage chronic diseases, including developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress
• Promote preventive care through patient education on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care
• Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicine

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Family Medicine Specialist/Consultant
• Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Continuous commitment to professional development and keeping up-to-date with latest medical advancements and practices
