Holiday Homes / Property - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • At ALMARASEEM HOLIDAY HOMES LLC, we are searching for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to assist us in putting our expansion plan into action and making necessary adjustments. The responsibility will be to convert leads into contracts between landlords and ALMARASEEM HOLIDAY HOMES LLC.
  • From the moment of initial contact until a commercial agreement is reached, you will use your communication skills to build strong relationships with consumers. Keep abreast of market conditions, competitors, new offerings, and price and payment options. Must be businesssavvy and comprehend fundamental economic concepts (such as ROI) and market trends. Must have at least one (1) year of sales experience in Dubai vacation homes, and it helps to have thorough knowledge of Dubai's real estate industry.
  • Your compensation will consist of a basic wage and commissions, with the first three (3) months serving as a probationary period.
  • CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
  • ARABIC AND ENGLISH SPEAKING

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • ARABIC AND ENGLISH (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)
