Pastry Chef Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai.

As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurants and in-room dining.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and execute innovative menu offerings that meet the needs of our guests.


Pastry Chef Responsibilities:


  • Create highquality desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurants and inroom dining.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and execute innovative menu offerings that meet the needs of our guests.
  • Manage the pastry kitchen, including inventory, ordering, and production scheduling.
  • Train and develop pastry kitchen staff to ensure that all team members are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to our pastry offerings and operations as needed.
  • Develop and manage the pastry department budget, ensuring that targets for revenue and profitability are met.

Pastry Chef Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Creative and innovative approach to pastry and dessert menu development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate highperforming teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in pastry and dessert menu development

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
